The family of Martin Luther King Jr. and CBS are trying to settle their dispute over rights to King's "I Have a Dream" speech. Attorneys for both sides confirm their clients are talking about resolving the Kings' 1996 suit over CBS' use of a large part of the speech in a historical video. Interestingly, it is the clients who are doing the talking -- without their lawyers. The lawyers say they had no part in getting negotiations going.
