Australian native David F. Partlett, a Vanderbilt University Law School professor, is on the verge of becoming the new dean of the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Partlett confirmed for the Law Tribune that UConn officials extended him an offer to fill the vacancy left by longtime dean Hugh C. Macgill, who is stepping down in June.
