Rosenthal and Lynde Selden II to pay $50,000 for delaying settlement of the case. Rosenthal and Selden attempted to file an objection to the $30 million settlement on behalf of a class action member who was unhappy with the $80 he would receive.

On Friday, U.S. District Judge G. Patrick Murphy ordered attorneys Richard H. Rosenthal and Lynde Selden II to pay $50,000 for delaying the settlement of the case, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. Murphy recently approved a $30 million settlement in the Publishers Clearing House case.
