It wasn’t too many years ago that if you wanted to go out for Asian food, your choices wouldn’t extend much beyond Hunan or Szechuan. Today, however, a diner is far more likely to avail himself of one of many other Asian cuisines that have proliferated in this country, including Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Korean.
