Some days Lex Breckinridge still thinks about all the things he left behind: the legal career built through 16 years of hard work; the plush offices with his name in brass on the door; the big wins, big paychecks, and big clients; his old partners and colleagues; a life he had, but gave away.
“The practice was good to me, and I got a lot of satisfaction from it,” says Breckinridge. “It wasn’t that I ran away from the law, I ran to a calling.”
