Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law students are protesting again — this time against the faculty member who may have the inside track to become the school’s dean.

A letter addressed to UC-Berkeley chancellor Robert Berdahl, which has been endorsed by several student groups, takes Boalt professor John Dwyer to task over his position on the school’s efforts to maintain affirmative action.
