The stay of a preliminary injunction was lifted and the original order enjoining the Walt Disney Company from using its “Go Network” logo was reinstated Jan. 27 by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals(GoTo.com. Inc. v. Walt Disney Co., 9th Cir., No.99-56691, stay lifted, C.D. Calif., No. CV-99-01674-TJH, 1/27/00).
