Four co-workers have filed a lawsuit against a colleague who allegedly participated for years in a lottery pool, then, tried to cover up his having won a $6 million jackpot.

For the past two years, each of the five co-workers have been putting $2 into a pool so that James O’Connor could purchase $10 in state lottery tickets for the group each week, the Northwest Herald reported.
