Since last November, eBay has barred San Bruno, Calif.-based AuctionWatch.com from posting eBay auction data on its site. But now AuctionWatch has managed to find a new way in, and is again posting comparisons of eBay auctions with those of other auction houses. AuctionWatch argues it has merely been providing a service, and that the listings are in the public domain. EBay disagrees, and is contemplating an intellectual property suit.
