Like a bad case of the flu, the DuPont Co.’s Benlate troubles linger on, with the possibility of even more damage being done to the chemical giant’s financial health.

The Wilmington-based company could face millions of dollars more in damage claims over its Benlate DF fungicide in the wake of a Delaware Supreme Court ruling that growers allegedly deceived into settling crop damage suits can file new claims while keeping settlement payments.
