More than 20 members of South Florida’s legal community have formed anorganization that they hope will provide support, uniformity and acertification process for court-appointed receivers statewide.

At a meeting scheduled for September, the Florida Receivers Forum hopesto bring custodians of assets, government agencies and judges to thetable in order to establish professional standards for receivers instate legal disputes.
