The acrimony continues between the State Bar of Georgia and a lawyer it tried to disbar on unfounded allegations even though the matter appeared settled three months ago.
The bar is seeking a public reprimand against John J. Lieb, an Atlanta attorney wrongly accused of representing a paying client — a convicted killer — while allegedly employed by the Fulton Public Defender’s Office.
