Justice J. Anthony Kline is off the hook for $29,985.10 in legal bills, thanks to the generosity of his colleagues.

Retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lester Olson, who spearheaded a collection effort to help Kline pay for his defense before the Commission on Judicial Performance, announced last week that the fund raising was successful and that the First District Court of Appeal justice’s legal bills had been paid.
