John Marshall Law School, dedicated to serving working- class students, will acquire a dean with an Ivy League degree andwhite-shoe firm experience.

Karen Miller Gamble, a 1982 Harvard law graduate who spent her associate years at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan and thepredecessor firm to Kilpatrick Stockton, will become the school’s academic dean on Dec. 1.
