After more than 20 years as a doctor, Glenn L. Goodhart still remembered a goal fostered by a stint on his high school debate team: practicing law.

So the 1971 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine enrolled at Georgia State University’s law school and, with all the other One-Ls, took torts, contracts and the rest. He served on the law review and graduated magna cum laude in 1997.
