A unique two-judge panel ruled yesterday that the Ku Klux Klan can wear their trademark white hoods at a demonstration Saturday at 60 Centre Street.

Southern District Judges Alvin Hellerstein and Harold Baer Jr., also ruled that an anti-Klan coalition is not entitled to a sound permit simultaneous with the sound permit granted the Klan.
