A unique two-judge panel ruled that the Ku Klux Klan can wear their trademark white hoods at a demonstration in New York this weekend. U.S. district court judges Alvin Hellerstein and Harold Baer Jr., also ruled that an anti-Klan coalition is not entitled to a sound permit simultaneous with the sound permit granted the Klan. Both New York City and the anti-Klan group said they would appeal today to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
