San Francisco-based Graham & James won another small victory in the firm's lawyer-snatching suit against Minneapolis' Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. Last week, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Edward Ferns tossed Oppenheimer's motion to strike the complaint Graham & James filed in July. Ferns is the third judge to weigh in on the suit, in which Graham & James alleges three former partners conspired with Oppenheimer to hijack Graham's Palo Alto office, its lawyers and employees.
