L. Lin Wood Jr. is garnering a roster of clients likely to turn him into a public figure-among libel lawyers, at least.
In its Monday online edition, Newsweek broke the story that JonBenet Ramsey’s parents, Atlanta-area residents John and Patsy Ramsey, had hired Wood as their lawyer. The magazine reported that the Ramseys plan to pursue the tabloid media because of its rumor-laden coverage of their daughter’s murder.
