Movie-theme restaurant chain Planet Hollywood International Inc.,which boasted high-powered film stars Bruce Willis, ArnoldSchwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone among its owners, brought thecurtain down on its continuing business woes by seeking bankruptcycourt protection in Delaware.

Planet Hollywood, which operates more than 80 restaurants from itsheadquarters in Orlando, Fla., listed $392.1 million in assets and$359.1 million in debts in its Chapter 11 petition filed Oct. 12 inU.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington.
