The national debate over school prayer comes to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals next week.

Tuesday’s case before the full 11th Circuit in Atlanta is Adler v. Duval County School Board, but it might as well be called First Amendment v. First Amendment. As in prayer cases around the country, this one turns on the tension between free speech rights and the separation of church and state.
