A third suit has been filed stemming from Mark O. Barton’s July 29 massacre at two Buckhead day trading offices and a fourth is said to be filed soon.
The latest wrongful death suit was filed Friday by Alyce F. Wenzel, the mother of shooting victim Scott A. Webb, 30. The defendants include the day trading firm Momentum Securities Inc., building manager Jones Lang LaSalle, security company Barton Protective Services and the killer’s estate.
