MACON–A Macon Telegraph photographer’s arrest for trespassing at the Allman Brothers’ grave site has renewed debate about public access to the city-owned Rose Hill Cemetery.

The controversy centers on whether relatives of the late Barry Oakley and Duane Allman-members of the Macon-based band-may erect barriers to stop what they say is continual desecration of the burial plot.
