A fan of the former Los Angeles Rams was thrown for a loss last week by an appellate court that agreed the team was a loser, but said the same of the breach-of-contract suit alleging the season ticket holder was denied his rights after the franchise moved to St. Louis.

The Fourth District Court of Appeal on Tuesday told fan Larry Charpentier he could still sue for fraud, but doubted he’d collect anything by that effort.
