The Philadelphia Bar Association Board of Governors unanimously voted yesterday against the Lawsuit Abuse/Civil Justice Reform Act currently circulating in Pennsylvania’s state senate.
The emphatic decision came after a brief presentation by Conrad Katner of the Civil Justice Coalition, a business-oriented lobbying group that has served as Senate Bill 5′s chief proponent.
