One of the country’s top sports apparel manufacturers, And 1, is suing a relative newcomer in U.S. District Court for allegedly adopting a cartoon mascot that closely resembles And 1′s dribbling basketball player.

And to make things even more confusing for the consuming public, the suit says, Lady Hoops Basketball Gear also chose the name “Dazzle” for a line of shorts that are nearly identical to And 1′s “Game Dazzle” shorts.
