It is certainly very disturbing to millions of Americans and citizens of other NATO nations to see genocide occurring unabated. It is easy to say, “Send in the ground troops” — let somebody else do the risky fighting.

We are now seeing the price we have to pay to be the global policeman in the personnel and ammunition shortages required just to fight the two front-limited wars in Iraq and Serbia.
