General Motors Corp., stung by a finding it obstructed justice in a product liability case, apparently has exhausted its options to fight that finding before trial begins next month. In orders issued Wednesday, Fulton State Court Judge M. Gino Brogdon cut off all apparent avenues of pretrial appeal for GM. Brogdon asked GM lawyers to produce documents that the automaker claims are confidential under the attorney-client privileges. GM refused, an action the plaintiff's lawyer calls typical of the company.
