Intel Corp., the manufacturer of the wildly popular Pentium line of computer chips, is asking a federal judge to permanently shut down a pornographic Web site that uses the address pentium2.com.

Attorneys Abraham C. Reich and Stephanie Resnick of Fox Rothschild O’Brien & Frankel filed the suit against Newtown Communications and its owners, the Maglietta brothers, Anthony, Andrew and James.
