A senior judge chastised a Fulton assistant district attorney and orderedhim jailed until he apologizes to a judge for a dispute over a stalledmurder case.
In an order issued Friday, Visiting Superior Court Senior Judge L.A. McConnellJr. said Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane was right to find Assistant DA MyrlinD. Earle in contempt after a Dec. 7 hearing before Lane. McConnell hadordered that Earle serve up to 20 days.
