A federal appeals panel has ordered new sentences for a group ofprotesters who destroyed property at an Army school for foreignsoldiers.
The three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruledthat a federal district judge should not have added six months to theprotesters’ sentences for convictions in a related protest.
