Delaware Chancery Court Vice Chancellor Leo Strine Jr. approved 3-D Geophysical Inc.’s settlement of shareholder lawsuits filed to oppose Western Atlas Inc.’s $114 million acquisition of the oil services company last year.

Strine also approved $150,000 in fees and expenses for lawyers who represented shareholders in the case, saying he thought the amount was reasonable.
