Russian titanium factory filed suit Thursday in federalcourt in New Jersey, accusing a former American investor ofgaining control of the metals company and bilking its profitsthrough the Summit office of his New York-based company.

As a result, according to the complaint filed in Camden, thecompany lost $45 million by paying above-market prices for rawtitanium and receiving below-market prices for its finishedproduct, titanium sponge.
