Graham & James spun off its 75-lawyer Seattle office in March and has hidden the decision from its clients and the public, according to an accounting report and allegations by former partners in court filings.
Operating under the name Riddell Williams, partners in Seattle now keep profits and have assumed all responsibility for the office and its clients.
