FBI agents accuse Miami lawyer Allen J. Rapoport -- husband of veteran Miami-Dade state prosecutor Flora Ellen Seff -- of helping a client hide the proceeds of drug dealing. When he was nabbed on Aug. 13, he had $5,000 in cash in his pocket in partial payment for his services. Shortly after being advised of his right to remain silent, Rapoport said, "I'm charged with money laundering? For accepting $5,000 from a client?" according to an affidavit by an FBI agent.
