A Philadelphia attorney has been disqualified from a patent-infringement case over a conflict of interest that did not exist when he was first hired to defend a manufacturer in the case.
Frederick A. Tecce, a name partner at McShea Tecce, was hired in April 1998 to represent a company named Regalo International.
