Lawyers for stockholders of camping equipment maker Coleman Co. believe their success in representing clients warrants payment of warrants.

Sunbeam Corp. officials have agreed to settle shareholder suits filed in Chancery Court over the appliance maker’s acquisition of Coleman by giving Coleman holders warrants to purchase more than 4.98 million of Sunbeam’s shares at $7 per share, according to court papers.
