As far as Guam Superior Court Judge Michael Bordallo is concerned, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act is “irie, mon.” This, at least for the moment, is good news for Rastafarians who want to practice their religion on U.S. soil.

The U.S. Supreme Court two years ago ruled the act unconstitutional, saying it violated the commerce clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. But that doesn’t mean the law isn’t still a good one in Guam, according to Bordallo.
