The accreditation controversy surrounding Atlanta’s John Marshall LawSchool may not be resolved until next summer.
On Saturday, the school reached an agreement with the American BarAssociation’s Council on Legal Education to withdraw its appeal of thecouncil’s recent vote denying John Marshall provisional accreditation.In exchange, the council plans to vote again on the issue after an ABAsite inspection team returns to the school�at a time to be determined byJohn Marshall officials.
