Jurors in Pennsylvania may soon be able to take notes during a civiltrial if a proposed amendment to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure223 is put in place.
The prospect has some lawyers in the state, including presidents ofseveral county bar associations and the Pennsylvania Trial LawyersAssociation, a little nervous.
