Jury selection in the civil trial is scheduled to begin Monday in Philadelphia for fugitive Ira Einhorn, sometimes known as the Unicorn Killer. But, just as at Einhorn's murder trial in 1993, the defendant's chair will be empty. "He's never coming back," Attorney James Beasley said of Einhorn, who is free in France while he appeals a French court ruling allowing his extradition to the United States to proceed over the 1979 slaying of girlfriend Holly Maddux.
