Parents of a little girl who was killed by a passing truck after getting off her school bus have been given the OK to proceed with their case against the bus’ owner and operator by a common pleas court judge.
The issue of whether the defendants were negligent in dropping the girl off at a location allegedly not authorized by the school district is up to a jury to consider, the judge said.
