Mr. Diaz’s article on gun control [Unsafe at Any Caliber] forgot one little thing – the Second Amendment. I anticipate that Mr. Diaz would contend that a silly little thing like the constitution shouldn’t stand in the way of his own little version of micromanagement of the lives of his fellow citizens – after all, he is only doing this for our own good. I wonder how loudly Mr. Diaz would squeal if what was being proposed was a federal agency having the power to regulate silly, unresearched flat-earth thinking articles because they make some other citizen’s blood pressure rise. Clearly, that is a health risk that we would all be better without.
