When Senior U.S. District Judge Barefoot Sanders of Dallas ruled last month that a company’s self-help legal software violated the unauthorized practice of law statute, he told the company that if it had a problem with his ruling to take it to the Legislature.
At least one self-help legal publisher is doing exactly that.
