After deliberating for three hours, an eight-member Philadelphia jury last week awarded nearly $4 million in damages to two men diagnosed with terminal cancer stemming from asbestos exposure.
Two cases were consolidated in the four-day trial before Judge Matthew D. Carrafiello in the Complex Litigation Center.
