William Lerach and his brethren in the plaintiffs securities bar have long complained about the way public companies are run. They go so far as to charge that financial fraud and chicanery is rampant on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley.
That’s why it’s a little bit funny that these lawyers are heavily invested in the very firms they have sued.
