Braves third baseman Chipper Jones and his divorce lawyer, Jeffrey B.Bogart of Atlanta, don’t have to part ways.
Jones’ wife Karin sought to disqualify Bogart from representing her estrangedhusband because, she says, Bogart represented the two in a paternity suitfiled against the baseball star in August 1997.
