The wife of Atlanta Braves third baseman Larry “Chipper” Jones Jr. isseeking to strike out the lawyer representing her husband in the couple’sdivorce proceedings.

Karin Jones wants Atlanta lawyer Jeffrey B. Bogart disqualified from thedivorce case, because, she says, he represented her and her husband whena paternity claim was filed against the baseball star in August 1997.
