The wife of Atlanta Braves third baseman Larry "Chipper" Jones Jr. is seeking to strike out the lawyer representing her husband in the couple's divorce proceedings. Karin Jones wants Atlanta lawyer Jeffrey B. Bogart disqualified from the divorce case, because, she says, he represented her and her husband when a paternity claim was filed against the baseball star in August 1997. Karin Jones' lawyers also say Bogart obtained private information that could be used against her in the divorce case.
