San Francisco has once again managed to duck a Proposition 209 challenge to its minority contracting program.

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Ronald Quidachay on Tuesday dismissed a case brought by a white salesman for a graphics company who said he lost out on opportunities to bid on contracts reserved for businesses owned by women and minorities.
