To his reputation as one of the busiest bank lawyers in the nation, H. Rodgin Cohen will add the task of becoming chairman of New York’s Sullivan & Cromwell later this year. To discuss banking and his future managing lawyers, Cohen sat down with Robert Teitelman, editor of The Daily Deal, and Aric Press, editor of The American Lawyer.
