"Everything is weighed on the triple-beam balance scale or measured," said Cline, one of five judges serving the Ocmulgee, Georgia Judicial Circuit. Called "Judge Cline's No. 9," the sauce's label purports to be "a secret barbecue sauce blend of not more than nine and not less than five ingredients."
